1. How can I contact you if I need a Zanzibar photographer?

2. We need a photographer for a family photo shoot in Zanzibar, can you help?

Yes sure, we can photograph you and your family, please let us know when you will be in Zanzibar or Tanzania.

3. We have booked a hotel wedding, can you photograph our wedding?

Your Zanzibar or Tanzania wedding has been arranged by the wedding planner from the hotel and you need a wedding photographer. We work with almost all hotels and resorts.

4. Is there a German photographer in Zanzibar?

Yes, Condano’s senior photographer is a German national in Zanzibar.

5. What happens when there is rain on the day of the photos hoot?

Usually, rain in Zanzibar is short and heavy, after 15/20 minutes the sun is back. In case of a rainy day, we can postpone the shooting for another day. In case you have to leave, we refund your deposit.

6. Do you arrange pre-photo shoots for our honeymoon in Zanzibar?

A pre-photo shooting is often offered by photographers in your home country, which are mostly residing in your area. Unfortunately, since we are in Tanzania, this is not possible.

7. Can you arrange a stylist for hair and makeup?

If you need a hairstylist and perhaps makeup beforehand we are happy to arrange this.

8. When do we get the photos?

We deliver your photos within 14 days after the shooting has taken place and provide a download link for your images. Alternatively, we can provide a USB drive with your photos.

9. When do we get our video?

We deliver your video within 14 days after we captured the video footage and provide a download link for your final movie.

10. Do your photo prices include travel costs?

For some locations in Tanzania there are additional transport/transfer costs, these can be requested individually.

11. How can we book a photo package in Zanzibar?

Simply, contact us by email. Tell us your desired day for the photo shoot and the hotel/island you will stay.

12. How is the payment made for the photo package?

Payment is by bank transfer to our account. We ask for a 20% deposit at booking, the remaining amount can be paid by bank transfer latest 7 days before the photo date or in cash USD or EUR once you are in Zanzibar.

13. Do I get a booking confirmation for the photo package?

Yes, you will receive a booking for the photo shoot, the booking has your name(s), address, and photo package details on it.

14. Do the photos come with a print releases?

Yes sure, all photos come with a print release for digital images. You can print as many copies as you like for personal use only. If you put your images online, we appreciate a link back.
